Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your order. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other external factors beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept return or exchange requests for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor differences in appearance.
