All orders placed on our website are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a notification along with a tracking ID via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹2,500.

  • For orders between ₹1,000 – ₹2,499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹120 will apply.
  • For orders up to ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹70 will apply.

Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery timelines range between 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Metropolitan cities may receive orders sooner, while deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential delays by third-party courier services.

We partner with trusted and reputable logistics companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. Once dispatched, your tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor the shipment in real time.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, weather conditions, or high order volumes during festivals or sales. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
