Return Policy

At Miyubella, we take quality seriously and want every customer to have a smooth experience. Please read our return policy carefully:

No Returns for Preference-Based Reasons

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Style or design preferences

Returns Accepted Only for Defective or Wrong Products

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is defective, or
  • A wrong product was sent by mistake

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures and an unedited unboxing video showing the defect. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

A return will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows any signs of wear or use
  • Tags are removed
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

All tags must remain intact, and the jewellery must be returned in its original packaging.

Quality Check & Approval

Once the product reaches us (typically within 8–10 days), our QC team will conduct a detailed inspection.
A return will be approved only if the defect or issue is verified.
If the product does not pass QC, it will be sent back to you, and the return will be declined.

Refund Method – Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only.

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
  • A ₹70 processing fee will be deducted for all approved returns. This fee is non-refundable, including for COD and prepaid orders.
