Exchange Policy
At Miyubella, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we thoroughly check every item before shipping, we understand that unexpected issues can occur during transit. To ensure complete transparency and fairness, we have outlined our Exchange Policy below.
Eligibility for ExchangeWe offer an exchange only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- You have received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, or color).
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for issues such as change of mind, dislike of the product after delivery, or size/fit concerns unless the item received was not as per your order.
Unboxing Video – Mandatory RequirementTo be eligible for an exchange, it is mandatory to provide an uncut and unedited unboxing video of the product. This is a strict requirement and helps us verify the claim.
The video must:
- Begin before opening the outer packaging.
- Show the entire unpacking process clearly in one continuous shot.
- Display the product and any visible damage or discrepancy clearly.
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as soon as you receive your parcel to avoid any inconvenience.
Exchange Request Timeline- All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
- Products without a valid unboxing video as per the above guidelines.
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.
- Requests made after the 48-hour window.
If your product meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Email us at miyubella.india@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @miyubella_jewels within 48 hours.
- Include the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Description of the issue
- The uncut unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item
- Clear photos of the product (optional but helpful)
- Our customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 2–4 business days with the next steps.
Miyubella reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject an exchange request based on the evidence provided.
- Offer a replacement or store credit depending on product availability.
- Modify the policy terms without prior notice in case of abuse or misuse.
