Replacement Policy
At Miyubella, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery you receive is in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of any issue from our end, we do offer a replacement under specific circumstances.
Eligibility for Replacement
You will be eligible for a replacement only if:
- The product you received is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- You have received the wrong item (a different product than what you ordered).
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must record an uncut and unedited video of the unboxing process, starting from the unopened package.
- The replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags (if any) intact.
Products Not Eligible for Replacement
- Products without a valid unboxing video showing clear damage or error
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery
- Earrings and body jewellery (due to hygiene reasons) unless defective or incorrect
- Items bought during sales, giveaways, or clearance unless damaged or incorrect
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, follow these steps:

- Description of the issue
- The uncut unboxing video
- Optional: Photos of the product and packaging
Our team will verify your request and respond within 2–4 business days with a resolution.
Important Notes
- Replacements are subject to availability of the same product.
- If the product is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or similar product of equal value.
- Miyubella reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests based on the evidence provided.
